How we pack, ship, and track your research compounds — and how returns and refunds work on unopened items.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
For international shipments, you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are your responsibility and are not included in our prices. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order may be lawfully imported and possessed in your country — please review our RUO Terms. We are not liable for parcels held or seized by customs where importation is restricted in your jurisdiction.
A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking events to appear. If tracking has not updated after several business days, contact our support team.
Because these are research chemicals, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging, requested within 30 days of delivery. For safety and integrity reasons, opened vials cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us first for a return authorization; unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
